Employee Health Exams and Screenings
KINGSTON WoRx can tailor your physical examinations to fit your company's specific needs. Our health professionals are trained and knowledgeable in the requirements of regulatory agencies such as ADA, OSHA and DOT. Employee examinations are conducted with sensitivity and confidentiality.

Physical Exam Services Include:
Customized pre-placement, post-offer and annual exams

Drug Free Workplace
Kingston WoRx recognizes the relationship between substance abuse and work-related injuries. Accordingly, we offer testing services as well as drug-free workplace programs and education for both the employers and employees.

KINGSTON WoRx drug and alcohol testing services honors confidentiality and delivers quick results, in accordance with state and federal policies. Testing is available through our clinic offices or through the Kingston Hospital Emergency Center.

Drug and alcohol testing services include:
• DOT drug screening
• Non-DOT, SAMHSA-certified drug screening
• Breath alcohol testing
• Drug-free workplace training and education
• Supervisor training to detect drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace
• Workplace policy and procedure guidance
• Certified Medical Review Officer
• Follow-up testing

Wellness Program
An emerging component of healthcare that cannot be overlooked is wellness, or preventative medicine. Keeping your workforce safe and healthy is one approach to prevent injuries from ever occurring. Our trained staff of health professionals can work with your company to develop corporate fitness and safety programs to keep your employees injury-free. Kingston WoRx will also send out a monthly publication focusing on Safety and Wellness issues titled “The Rehab Report”

The Rehab Report is a monthly newsletter that highlights current safety, wellness, and health issues. The Rehab Report is prepared specifically as a service for clients of Kingston WoRx. We suggest that this publication be posted in a high visibility area where employees will have access to it. To request a copy, please contact us.

Ergonomics
Ergonomics has been defined as “the science that examines the design of tools, equipment, and workplace layout to effectively interact with the human body.” Kingston WoRx can assist you in identifying and controlling ergonomic risk factors that result in workplace musculo-skeletal disorders. Our company works with your team to identify the high-risk areas in your industry, evaluate the work-site to identify ergonomic stressors, and assist in recommending and implementing controls to reduce the incidence and severity of work-related injuries.

Care Management
Our care management system closely monitors the treatment of injured workers and identifies opportunities for modified duty positions. The care manager monitors and coordinates the care with the employee and the treating provider and develops a return-to-work plan with the employer. Our qualified staff is familiar with workers compensation and OSHA regulations and can assist you in developing a sound injury management program.

Osha Compliance
Kingston WoRx staff for OSHA/Regulatory Compliance is experienced, knowledgeable, and has specialized training in drug and alcohol collection procedures, OSHA recordable incidents, hearing conservation, and respiratory protection programs.

Review of OSHA 200 logs to target problem areas
Writing and re-writing job descriptions
