About Us
Specialty areas -- such as renal services, surgical services, orthopedics, cardiology, urology -- have unique needs that can be met with earmarked gifts. When you make a gift expressly for capital or program-specific needs, you match your personal contribution interest with an improtant need of the Hospital.
Endowments are funds that are set aside and carefully invested, with the aim of providing a secure income for an organization. An endowment serves as a nest-egg, providing financial security and growth potential. Its Board of Directors oversees the funds generated by the Foundation's endowment.
Special events are hosted by the Foundation throughout the year to raise funds, attract new donors and volunteer leaders and help spread the word about the Hospital and the Foundation. Events include the Tulip Ball, our Golf Classic, our Golden Circle Reception and special summer and fall celebrations.
