Pastoral Care
The Kingston Hospital's Pastoral Care Service is an interdenominational team of clergy and lay persons who bring consolation and spiritual comfort to patients, their families and staff. Our Pastoral Care Services Team is represented by Father Mali of St. Mary's Church in Kingston, assisted by a team of Eucharistic Ministers, and other clergy from the community. The Kingston Hospital has a list of community clergy, coordinated by the Volunteer Services Department, representing eight different faiths. Patients can request a clergy member through their floor nurse and communications. The list is updated on a regular basis. The Pastoral Care team is always looking for individuals to become involved.
